Drying / Curing Ovens

PaintSys Liquid Paint Drying Ovens provide excellent finish results through sensitive temperature control (30-120 ° C) and homogeneous air distribution. Wet Paint Drying Ovens manufactured modularly. They are completely isolated and working closed circuit. Designed according to customer requirements and product specifications.

• Air circulation is provided as a closed circuit and is passed through filters EU3 each cycle.
• During curing, the solvent vapor formed in the Wet Paint Drying Oven is evacuated by means of timed exhaust fans.
• Heating system is indirect and electricity, hot water or LNG / LPG can be preferred depending on demand as heat source.
• Lighting fixtures are selected according to zone 2.22 ex-proof standards.
