Liquid Painting Booth for Metal Parts
Liquid paint which is a most common painting method of metal goods of machinery manufacturing sector, is applied to product surface by spraying, dipping or pouring methods. The best method of application is determined depending on dimensions of parts, the performance requirements and the production rate. Then, in the curing process, the solvent in the paint is evaporated to obtain the desired film layer. Particularly preferred where there is a very high visual expectation such as automotive sector and painting of large and massively large parts. The great advantage of liquid paints is the ability to mix and match a wide variety of colours efficiently and then easily change colours during production. In addition, liquid paints allow the painting of heat sensitive parts such as plastic or wood, and curing at low temperatures.
PaintSys offers liquid painting booths with waterfall or dry type paper filters ensure excellent quality results and provide excellent working environment ergonomics. The over spray is held by a specially designed waterfall or paper filters and is prevented from damaging the environment.
- Waterfall or filter keeps the liquid paint particles which is suspended in the exhaust air and prevents thrown out to atmosphere.
- Easily cleaning during maintenance, reducing costs and job loss.
- Application of paint is done under closed and positive pressure, therefore, especially in high gloss lacquer applications, provide that finish surface quality is at the expected level.
- The filtered air of positive pressure, prevents foreign particles from sticking to painting surface.
- Paintsys guarantees positive pressure, exhaust air filtration, clean air distribution and temperature control, homogenous air speed and ventilation, which are the most important application parameters in liquid paint booths.
