Drying Ovens
The workpiece that has been applied surface cleaning by manual or automatic operation, has to be thoroughly dried before powder coating application and surface of the workpiece has to be completely free from moisture. Drying ovens are designed to perform this operation and can be manufactured in accordance to manual or automatic operation systems. Manual drying ovens are commonly used in where surface cleaning is done by hand or by dipping method. It can be designed according to customer's part size and capacity. In automatic lines, drying ovens are tunnel type. After pre-treatment zone, parts conveyed to the drying oven by conveyor.

- Dimensions of drying oven designed according to speed of the conveyor of continuous line which drying time will be min 10 minutes.
- As an energy source, they can be manufactured with optional LNG / LPG, diesel or electricity.
- Heating type is indirect and based on convection principle.
- Hot air circulation is provided by radial fans with direct or belt pulleys.
- The air distribution vent-holes are designed adjustable so that able control air flow in the oven is homogenous.
- Homogeneous heat distribution results provide good quality surfaces and optimum curing cycle.
- Inlet and outlet of tunnel type oven fitted with air curtains to prevent heat loss.
