Cartridge Filters for Powder Coating
Cartridge filters are most important part of Filtered Powder Coating Booths. The material, surface area and durability of the cartridge filter directly determined efficiency of Filtered Powder Coating Booths. Therefore, the correct filter selection must be made considering operating conditions. Basically, dusty air sucked through to the powder coating booth is passed through the cartridge filter and filtered dust-free air is vented. Over spray powder is trapped on the filter surface. The self-cleaning operation of the dust from the surface of the filter realize by jet-pulsed against to the air-flow direction.
