Anti-Static PVC powder coating booths.

PVC powder coating booths provides to minimize the time of colour change, which is the most time-consuming time for all powder coating applications. Most preferred product if colour change need is too much in continuous powder coating applications.

• Operator support need is minimal. The system is fully PLC controlled and if the part identification system (light barriers) is included in the automation, booth can be operated without interruption.
• The manual powder coating application area is taken out of the cabin considering operator ergonomics.
• The traditional metal sheet cabin walls are conductive and attracts powder particles that have been loaded by static electricity, onto the surface in thick layers.
• Sandwich walls of PVC powder coating booths are made by anti-static PVC. They are not conductive and do not attract powder particles. Therefore, a small amount of dust particles may be deposited on non-conductive walls and not stick.
• The powder paint particles are easily separated from the inner wall of the PCV powder coating booth and removed from the cabin through the suction cyclone, without need for any mechanical intervention during cleaning.
• The airflow of PCV powder coating booth is perfectly homogenous. In this way, the powder paint particles sprayed from the powder coating gun optimally stick to the material surface.
