Curing Ovens
The workpiece that has been applied powder coating operation by manual or automatic operation, must apply curing (polymerization) for 10 minutes at surface temperature of parts 180-200 ° C for optimum polymerization of powder coating. Curing ovens are designed to perform this operation and can be manufactured in accordance to manual or automatic operation systems. Manual curing ovens are commonly used in where powder coating operation is done manually method. It can be designed according to customer's part size and capacity. In automatic lines, curing ovens are tunnel type. After powder coating boots, parts conveyed to the drying oven by conveyor.
- Available for manual and continuous operation.
- Modular Designed with sandwich panels.
- Installation and commissioning times are short. There for, not cause the time loss.
- Sandwich panels isolated by rockwool with thickness 160 mm, density 50 kg / m3 and thermal conductivity value of 0.072 W / mK at 200 ° C.
- Set-up temperature of drying oven is designed to be max. 250 ° C.
- Dimensions of curing oven designed according to speed of the conveyor of continuous line which curing time will be min 10 minutes.
- As an energy source, they can be manufactured with optional LNG / LPG, diesel or electricity.
- Heating type is indirect and based on convection principle.
- Hot air circulation is provided by radial fans with direct or belt pulleys.
- The air distribution vent-holes are designed adjustable so that able control air flow in the oven is homogenous.
- Homogeneous heat distribution results provide good quality surfaces and optimum curing cycle.
- Inlet and outlet of tunnel type oven fitted with air curtains to prevent heat loss.
- Fast heating rate provide to reduce energy and work losses.
