Conveyors

Monorail Conveyors

Monorail Conveyor lines are a single line system. Compact design provides standard parts and flexible solutions for material transport and optimum layout. It can be adapted to your needs depending on product dimensions or your factory layout. Basically, it has two types.

Heavy Duty Conveyors

In overhead applications, chains and trolleys mounted on the NPI rail profile and systems that move products on horizontal axes. The simple structures are characterized by easy periodic maintenance and robustness. Designed to operate in temperatures up to 200 ° C.

Generally, in case of heavy duty need preferred as carrier systems for surface treatment, painting and assembly lines. Carrying capacity of these systems is up to 16 tons when proper suspension is carried out.

The type of conveyor is determined by the size and weight of the parts. Heavy Duty Conveyor has tree tpyes 3 ", 4" and 6 " troley conveyor systems.

Cardan Joint Conveyors

Cardan conveyors are designed can move the parts in horizontal and vertical axes in closed guide rail. In application overhead conveyor systems, the parts are at the bottom of monorail, as well as floor conveyor applications, the monorail is at the bottom and the transported parts are on top.

Power & Free Conveyors

Power & Free Conveyors are based on a twin-track system. The upper line is used to pull the trolleys and the lower line to guide the carrier trolleys. The clamps which are placed in equal steps, attached to the power chain and move the carrier throughout the line.

Stop stations are used to disconnect the link between the power chain and trolleys. When the stop station is turned off, the carrier stops during the power chain continues to move. Pulling clamps and multi-carriers trolleys can be buffered behind a station. They are designed to change the direction of movement or the line. For this reason, they are preferred expected high efficiency and require multiple operations. Especially in fully automatic powder coating plants, it enables the design of flexible conveyor lines, so it minimizes the installation area.
